Description:
Xenplaza - Ticket System is a lightweight, portable ticket support system.


Features:
- Users & Admins can login & view all their past and present tickets.
- Admins can mark resolve and reject tickets.
- Easy to use form for users, makes it painless to create new tickets.
- Allows to specify which usergroups can submit ticket and manage ticket.
- Admin can set up the cron job entry to delete resolved & rejected tickets.


Installation:
- Upload all contents of upload folder to your forum root
- Import addon-XPTicketSystem.xml in your forum ACP
- Go to ACP>>User>>Usergroup Permissions to set permission for each group
- Go to ACP>>Option>>Xenplaza - Ticket System and set cron job to delete rejected & resloved ticket
