Description:
This modification allows you to add a new fully modulated "Contact Us" form to your vBulletin site. You can add/edit/remove sections and fields. It provides six (6) field types:

Installation:
1. Upload all files of upload folder, to the correct directories.
2. Import *xml product.
3a. Add the link yourforum.com/contactus.php where you want OR replace the old contact us form.
3b. To replace the old contact form, go to admincp > (sidebar) Settings > Options >Site Name / Url / Contact Details and set the Contact Us Link to “contactus.php” (replace the old “sendmessage.php”).
4. Add one e-mail on "vBContact Us by Scandal - Options"
Done!

- Multiple line text box
- Single selection radio buttons
- Single selection menu (drop down)
- Multiple selection menu
- Multiple selection checkboxes

- Fields can be "required"
- Two contact us e-mails allowed (= e-mails which receive the form)
- You receive to your e-mail the contact form with all its custom fields
- Human verification to prevent SPAM
- Contact Us to Thread feature (a discussion thread can be created for each form after its submit)
