Enable Private Messages Menu in the NavBar
Blink "Notifications" in Header using selected color
Add "Reply To All" in messages sent to multiple recipients
Set the default state of the checkboxes in the NewPM form

Installation:
1. Import XML file as product: AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]
To Set Options:
GoTo: AdminCP > vBulletin Options > VSa - PM System Enhancements.
To Upgrade:
Import XML Allow Overwrite.
Revert Product Templates If Modified.
