Những lỗi này có thể là do safe mode, hoặc open_basedir restrictions gây nên.
Cách khắc phục:
1/ Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Safe Mode Upload Enabled -> chọn yes
2/ Tạo 1 thư mục tên tmp trong thư mục forum và chmod nó thành 777
3/ Trong Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Safe Mode Temporary Directory điền tmp
